I also run into the same problem where a client wants a video to go "viral" not understanding that you can't MAKE a video go viral. I wrote a blog post about a few helpful tips to keep in mind with a sample campaign we created for ourselves but there is no way to GUARANTEE that a video will go viral. You can only set yourself up with the right content and tools to get started in the right direction. Great post!
